Day 92 Monday 12th September
We had an uneventful journey today as we headed west. Before stopping at Norsman for a fuel top up, we stopped along the east-west railway line walked along the line to pick up old metal spikes. We had seen these being used as rustic hooks etc with some beautiful timber pieces at some of the craft markets we had visited. Paul was interested in collecting some for his timber work back home. From Norsman we had a short stop for lunch. We were then well and truly on the Nullarbor coming upon the first of the Flying Doctors runway which is on the road. We stopped at a lovely large freecamp for the evening along with quite a few other travellers in vans.
